Wedding photography business software for South Africa

Traditional ceremonies and white weddings, winelands venues and family homes — one platform for South African wedding photographers and videographers.

Traditional and white weddings

Many couples hold a traditional ceremony and a white wedding, often on different days and at different places. Each is booked with its own date, times, venue, guests and service, and both appear in the contract.

Payments and contracts

Couples can pay your deposit the way they already pay — an EFT bank transfer or cash — and mark it as paid in their portal. You confirm it when the money arrives, and the date is booked.

Electronic signatures are generally recognized in South Africa under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002. iwopo records who signed, when, from which IP address and exactly what they signed, with a completion certificate. This is general information, not legal advice — check the rules for your own business.

Destination weddings

Couples from abroad book from their own time zone; you see every time in South African time, clearly labeled.
